Arizona Votes to Make it to Harder to Get Divorced

According to a recent KSWT.com report, the Arizona House will vote today on a bill that aims to strengthen the commitment of marriage.  Presently, parties in a divorce case in Arizona must wait a sixty day period before any court action takes place.  This bill seeks to extend that wait to 120 days if one party requests to do so.

Here in Florida, parties need to wait only twenty days to have their family law case finalized.
