Dawson Gets a Divorce
According to a recent EOnline.com report, James Van Der Beek, star of the former hit show Dawson's Creek, has come to an agreement on the terms of divorce with his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Heather McComb. The couple split amicably and were able to finalize the terms of their divorce through mediation. As a part of those terms, Beek will be paying McComb alimony in the amount of $7,750 a month, and he will get to keep their home. By working together the parties were able to avoid selling their home in a down real estate market and bypass a time consuming and expensive family law trial.
