Same Sex Divorce in Texas
A recent Houston Chronicle article outlines the first same sex divorce in Texas. Texas law does not allow same sex marriages. The two women had been married in Massachusetts in 2004. It will be interesting to see how same sex divorces affect the debate over same sex marriages in Florida family law cases.
