The Economy May Be Affecting Tampa Divorce Rates

According to a recent TBO.com article, the economic climate is affecting divorce rates.  The number of divorces filed in March in the family law divisions at the Hillsborough County court in Tampa were higher than any other month since March 2006.  A pending divorce, coupled with a downturn in the economy can cause anger and frustration, which may ultimately have a negative effect on children.   Couples in this situation may want to look into a flat fee divorce or uncontested divorce in order to minimize attorney's fees.
