Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Sign Divorce Agreement

According to nj.com, Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller have signed a 41-page divorce agreement that divides their assets and determines custody of their young twin boys.

Under the family law agreement, which cites irreconcilable differences as the root cause of the divorce, Mueller maintains physical custody of the children with Sheen having visitation rights on the first, third, and fifth weekends of the month.  Sheen will pay $55,000 per month in child support.  Mueller will not receive alimony but does walk away with over $700,000 plus half of the proceeds they received for selling photos of their twins.

The two also agreed not to speak publicly regarding either's alleged drug abuse or Sheen's alleged extra-marital affairs.
