According to a recent
USAToday.com article, Barry Bonds' wife has filed for
divorce. The article states that the parties have already reached a settlement agreement. It is unclear whether the parties went to
mediation, or participated in a
collaborative divorce, but both parties certainly saved themselves time and money by not going to trial.
