The new clause is Indian law is only a couple of months old but has already been used by Anu Sharma as evidence to file for a divorce from her husband. Mrs. Sharma discovered her husband was not really on a spontaneous business trip but was actually drinking at a bar in town through his Twitter update.
Of course, many people update their Facebook or Twitter multiple times throughout the day and do not take it seriously. They may not realize their posts can be used against them in a court of law.
